Business Manager Expense definition

Business Manager Expense means an expense or cost incurred by the Business Manager and for which the Business Manager, and not PC, is financially liable other than expenses incurred by Business Manager that directly benefit PC which may be allocated to Office Expense consistent with the Budget.
Business Manager Expense means any expense or cost incurred by Business Manager which does not relate directly to the provision of services to Practice. Such expenses or costs shall include, without limitation:

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.
