Building Defect definition

Building Defect means a defect of a type that is covered by any existing builder’s warranty that applies to the Premises, as notified to the Lessee in writing by the Lessor. “Defects Liability Period” means the period to be notified to the Lessee by the Lessor applicable under the State’s contract with a builder, in relation to the Premises, under which the State may notify the builder of a Building Defect.
