Subsequent Notes definition

Subsequent Notes means any Notes issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.

Subsequent Notes has the meaning ascribed to it in the second introductory paragraph of this Indenture.

Subsequent Notes shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.3(c).
