Brazil Business Day definition

Brazil Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday and a Sunday) on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payments and are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in Brazil;
Brazil Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks and foreign exchange markets are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in any of Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro or Brasilia not otherwise declared as a financial market holiday by the Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias & Futuros.
Brazil Business Day means a day (a) which is not a Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday in the Federative Republic of Brazil and (b) on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payments and are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro or Brasilia.
