CSD Business Day definition

CSD Business Day means a day on which the Book-Entry Securities System is open in accordance with the regulations of the CSD.

CSD Business Day means a day on which the relevant CSD settlement system is open and the relevant Bond currency settlement system is open.

CSD Business Day means a day in Sweden other than a Sunday or other public holiday. Saturdays, Midsummer Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve shall for the purpose of this definition be deemed to be public holidays.

Examples of CSD Business Day in a sentence

• If the Final Maturity Date is not a CSD Business Day, then the redemption shall occur on the CSD Business Day determined by application of the Business Day Convention.

• If the Final Maturity Date is not a CSD Business Day, then the redemption shall occur on the first following CSD Business Day.

• Pursuant to clause 19(c) of the Terms and Conditions, to be entitled to exercise voting rights in a Written Procedure, a person must be registered as a Bondholder to the Book-Entry Securities System at the end of a CSD Business Day specified by the Trustee (the "Record Date").

• If the Final Redemption Date is not a CSD Business Day, then the redemption shall occur on the CSD Business Day determined by application of the Business Day Convention.

• Following the occurrence of a Change of Control Event, the Issuer may, subject to the conditions below, on any CSD Business Day occurring from (but excluding) the First Issue Date up to (but excluding) the date falling thirty-six (36) months after the First Issue Date and no later than fifteen (15) Business Days from the Change of Control Event issue a notice of repayment to the Bondholders and the Agent.
