Reference Currency definition

Reference Currency means the currency specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.
Reference Currency or ’Reference Currencies’ means (according to the context) the primary investment currency of the share class against which the currency hedging transaction will be applied in order to reduce any exchange rate fluctuation with the Hedged Currency.
Reference Currency means the currency(ies) so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement, or if no currency(ies) is/are specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement, "Reference Currency" shall have the meaning given to it in the Asset Terms.

Examples of Reference Currency in a sentence

  • The Net Asset Value of a Sub-Fund is equal to the value of the assets allocated to such Sub- Fund less the value of the liabilities allocated to such Sub-Fund, both calculated as of each Valuation Day in the Reference Currency of the Sub-Fund according to the valuation procedure described below.

  • The Net Asset Value of the Fund will at all times be equal to the sum of the Net Asset Values of all Sub-Funds expressed in the Reference Currency of the Fund.

  • Underlying Reference Currency: The Underlying Reference Currency is EUR.

  • The share capital of the Fund is at all times equal to the Net Asset Value of the Fund, which is the total Net Asset Value of all Sub-Funds expressed in the Reference Currency of the Fund.

  • The Net Asset Value per Share shall be expressed in the Reference Currency of the Share Class and normally calculated to two (2) decimal places (rounded up to three (3) decimal places).
