Reference Currency definition

Reference Currency means the currency specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.
Reference Currency or ’Reference Currencies’ means (according to the context) the primary investment currency of the share class against which the currency hedging transaction will be applied in order to reduce any exchange rate fluctuation with the Hedged Currency.
Reference Currency means the currency(ies) so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement, or if no currency(ies) is/are specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement, "Reference Currency" shall have the meaning given to it in the Asset Terms.

  • The Hurdle-Rate-Index-Value described in a) above is composed of the Reference Rate set by the Benchmark Administrator, for the respective Reference Currency of the Share Class as per the table below, and increased by 100 basis points, calculated on a daily, indexed basis).

  • The share capital of the Fund must at all times be at least equal to the minimum required by the UCI Law, which is currently the equivalent in the Reference Currency of the Fund of 1,250,000 EUR.
