Branch Register definition

Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.
Branch Register has the meaning specified in Section 3.05.
Branch Register means a branch register referred to in subsection (1); and “principal register” means a company’s register of members.

  • The Central Register together with each Branch Register are collectively referred to herein as the “Security Register”.

  • A copy of every entry in a Branch Register shall, promptly after the entry is made, be transmitted to the Central Security Registrar.

More Definitions of Branch Register

Branch Register means a register other than the principal register.
