Unit Register definition
Unit Register means the register of the Partnership for the registration and transfer of Limited Partnership Interests as provided in Section 4.5.
Unit Register shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Article 9.2.1.
Unit Register and "Unit Registrar": As respectively defined in Section 5.03.
Examples of Unit Register in a sentence
The Persons listed on the Unit Register as limited partners of the Partnership as of the date hereof shall be admitted to the Partnership, or shall continue, as applicable, as Limited Partners upon their execution of this Agreement.
Unless and until the General Partner shall determine otherwise, Units shall be uncertificated and recorded in the Unit Register.
The number of Common Units and Incentive Units held by each Partner as of the date hereof is set forth on the Unit Register.
