Bond Administrator Fee definition

Bond Administrator Fee means the fee payable to the Bond Administrator, as set forth in the fee letter from the Bond Administrator to Salomon Brothers Realty Corp. dated May 23, 2002.
Bond Administrator Fee. The fee charged by the Bond Administrator for performing its duties hereunder, equal to a per annum rate equal to 0.005% on the Scheduled Principal Balance of each IndyMac Mortgage Loan, payable monthly from the Certificate Account.
