Examples of Additional Special Servicing Compensation in a sentence

The applicable Special Servicer shall be entitled to make withdrawals from its REO Account to pay itself, as Additional Special Servicing Compensation, interest and investment income earned in respect of amounts held in such REO Account as provided in Section 3.06(b) (but only to the extent of the Net Investment Earnings, if any, with respect to such REO Account for any Collection Period).
Any amounts of Additional Special Servicing Compensation payable to the Special Servicer shall be remitted to the Special Servicer by the Master Servicer.

Additional Special Servicing Compensation shall have the meaning assigned thereto in SECTION 3.11(D).
