Board of Elders definition

Board of Elders means the peak governing body of the church duly appointed in accordance with Rule 4.
Board of Elders means, subject to section 5.1, the Lead Pastor and the Elders acting as authorized by the constitution and these bylaws in managing or supervising the management of the affairs of the Society and exercising the powers of the Society;
