Upon receipt of such notice from Board, Contractor shall not thereafter incur, and Board shall have no liability for, any costs under this Contract that are not necessary for actual performance of the Contract between the date of the notice of termination for convenience and the effective date of that termination for convenience.
If any work supplied pursuant to the contract requires licensing with the Construction Contractors Board or the State Landscape Contractors Board, Contractor must be so licensed in order to submit a bid for the contract, and Contractor and all relevant Subcontractors must remain licensed during the period required for performance.

National Labor Relations Board: Contractor (if not a public entity), by signing this contract, does swear under penalty of perjury, that no more than one final unappeasable finding of contempt of court by a federal court has been issued against the Contractor within the immediate preceding two-year period because of Contractor’s failure to comply with an order of a federal court, which orders the Contractor to comply with an order of the National Labor Relations Board (Public Contract Code, § 10296).
It is understood and agreed that if Contractor performs services in addition to those set forth in this Agreement without receiving prior written approval from the Board, Contractor shall not be paid for such services.
If requested by the Bedford County School Board, Contractor shall purchase and maintain in force, at its own expense, such insurance as will protect Contractor and Bedford County School Board from claims which may arise out of or result from the Contractor’s execution of the Agreement, whether such execution be Contractor, its employees, agents, subcontractors, or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be liable.

Any and all disputes which exist only between the Board and Contractor, or among the Board, Contractor and others as to which the Board is not bound to the arbitration of disputes, shall be subject to the provisions of this Section 15.
