Blackhawk Pipeline means that certain natural gas pipeline in Xxxxxxxxxx County, Texas, approximately five (5) miles in length, connected and transporting gas to the electrical generation plant owned by Borger Energy Associates, LP, known as Blackhawk Station, from the El Paso Pipeline northeast of Borger, Texas.
