BlackBerry Service definition

BlackBerry Service means the Mobile Service which enables the Customer to send and receive e-mails using a BlackBerry Device and in addition to use the BlackBerry Voice Service and/or the BlackBerry Internet Solution;
BlackBerry Service means our mobile service which you may access only using a Blackberry Handheld.
BlackBerry Service means the wireless service which enables the Customer to send and receive e-mails using a BlackBerry Handheld and in addition to use the BlackBerry Voice Service and/or the BlackBerry Internet Solution;

  • The BlackBerry Service is a “Mobile Service” and the Mobile Terms will apply to this Service.

  • Additional Definitions applicable to the BlackBerry Service “BES Software”means the software known as the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Software and which, when installed on the Customer’s Server of the required Server Specification, forms part of the End-User Licensed Software for the purposes of using the BlackBerry Service.

  • In order to use the BlackBerry Internet Solution, You must have purchased a BlackBerry Wireless Handheld, signed the BlackBerry Service application form and thereby agreed to pay the monthly subscription charge.

  • The Customer recognises that if it uses software packages or applications other than those approved by ø for use with a BlackBerry Handheld device or the Server, ø shall have no liability whatsoever for any failure of the BlackBerry Service resulting from the use of such software packages or applications by the Customer.

  • The ø Managed Service Team will manage the identification, analysis and restoration of system outages with the BlackBerry Service as applicable.

  • If the Customer chooses to connect to the Managed BlackBerry Service then the terms and conditions as set out in the Call-Off Contract for the Managed BlackBerry Service shall apply and the terms and conditions below shall not be applicable.

  • Where the Customer fails to renew the CAL the BlackBerry Service may be restricted.

  • The ø Managed Service Team will manage the identification, analysis and restoration of system outages with the BlackBerry Service or Good Service as applicable.

  • The following terms and conditions apply to the BlackBerry Service under the ‘BlackBerry from O2’ and ‘BlackBerry from O2 with Mobile Extension 2001 voice service’ tariffs.

  • Internet service means a service that enables users to access proprietary and other content,

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • School service means a website, mobile application or online service that (i) is designed and marketed solely for use in elementary or secondary schools; (ii) is used (a) at the direction of teachers or other employees at elementary or secondary schools or (b) by any school-affiliated entity; and (iii) collects and maintains, uses or shares student personal information. "School service" does not include a website, mobile application or online service that is (a) used for the purposes of college and career readiness assessment or (b) designed and marketed for use by individuals or entities generally, even if it is also marketed for use in elementary or secondary schools.

  • Personal Computer(s) means computers based on a microprocessor generally designed to be used by one person at a time and which usually store informational data on that computer’s internal hard drive or attached peripheral. A personal computer can be found in various configurations such as laptops, net books, and desktops.

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • Electric related service means a service that is directly related

  • broadcasting service means a single, defined service which consists in the broadcasting of television or sound material to the public or sections of the public or to the subscribers to such service;

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Provider Service means a Provider’s hosted online services (if any) as described in the Solution Exhibit which is provided by Provider to Customers located in the Territory through remote access via the Internet as part of the BPO Service. A Provider Platform Application shall be considered a Provider Service.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • energy service means the physical benefit, utility or good derived from a combination of energy with energy-efficient technology or with action, which may include the operations, maintenance and control necessary to deliver the service, which is delivered on the basis of a contract and in normal circumstances has proven to result in verifiable and measurable or estimable energy efficiency improvement or primary energy savings;

  • related service means any service or benefit provided or made available by an insurer or any associate of that insurer, together with or in connection with any policy or policy benefit, and includes a loyalty benefit and a no-claim bonus;

This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Air-to-ground radiotelephone service means a radio service, as that term is defined in 47 CFR 22.99, in which common carriers are authorized to offer and provide radio telecommunications service for hire to subscribers in aircraft.

  • Desktop computer means a computer where the main unit is intended to be located in a permanent location, often on a desk or on the floor. Desktops are not designed for portability and utilize an external computer display, keyboard, and mouse. Desktops are designed for a broad range of home and office applications.

  • Ambulance service means an entity, its personnel and equipment including, but not limited to, automobiles, airplanes, boats or helicopters, which are licensed to provide Emergency medical and Ambulance services in the state in which the services are rendered.

  • Delivery service means the providing of electric transmission or distribution to a retail customer.
