Related Service definition

Related Service. , means the services incidental to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation, insurance, installation, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.
Related Service means any service or benefit provided or made available by an insurer or any associate of that insurer, together with or in connection with any policy or policy benefit, and includes a loyalty benefit and a no-claim bonus;
Related Service means a digital service that is integrated into, or inter-connected with, a product in such a way that its absence would prevent the product from performing one or more of its functions;

Related Service means any service related to goods or digital content, such as installation, maintenance, repair or any other processing, provided by the seller of the goods or the supplier of the digital content under the sales contract, the contract for the supply of digital content or a separate related service contract which was concluded at the same time as the sales contract or the contract for the supply of digital content; it excludes:
