Bjugn Property definition

Bjugn Property means the real estate with land and title number “gnr 3 bnr 183 knr 1627” and “gnr 3 bnr 186 kn 1627” located in the municipality of Bjugn, Norway and owned by Marine Harvest Fish Feed AS, which property will become subject to Transaction Security in accordance with paragraph b)(x) of Clause 20.1 (General – secured obligations).

  • Common Property means any and all real and personal property and easements and other interests therein, together with the facilities and improvements located thereon, now or hereafter owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.

  • Tangible Property means any furniture, fixtures, leasehold improvements, vehicles, office equipment, computer equipment, other equipment, machinery, tools, forms, supplies or other tangible personal property of any nature.

  • Adjacent Property means all land adjoining and surrounding the Stadium Site on which will be located any public streets, sidewalks, plazas, or bridges and any public or private parking facilities or other accoutrements to be developed by Authority or other parties in connection with the Project.

  • Excluded Personal Property has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).

  • Owned Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).
