Each Obligor agrees and confirms that its guarantee and indemnity obligations under the Finance Documents and any Transaction Security granted by it in support of its own borrowing obligations or its guarantee or indemnity obligations under the Finance Documents will continue notwithstanding any assignment or transfer under this clause 20 and will extend to cover and support obligations owed to New Lenders and to continuing Finance Parties.
The Secured Parties shall not have any independent power to enforce, or have recourse to, any of the Transaction Security or to exercise any right, power, authority or discretion arising under the Transaction Security Documents except through the Security Agent.
