Bank Product Reserves definition

Bank Product Reserves means all reserves which the Agent from time to time establishes in its reasonable discretion for the Bank Products then provided or outstanding.
Bank Product Reserves means, as of any date of determination, the amount of reserves that Agent has established (based upon Xxxxx Fargo's or its Affiliate's reasonable determination of the credit exposure in respect of then extant Bank Products) for Bank Products then provided or outstanding.
