Cash Collateral Accounts definition

Cash Collateral Accounts shall have the meaning given such term in Section 9(a).
Cash Collateral Accounts means the special cash collateral account containing cash deposited pursuant to Sections 2.13(g), 2.17, 2.20, 7.2(b), or 7.3(b) to be maintained at the Administrative Agent’s offices in accordance with Sections 2.20(b) and 7.4.
Cash Collateral Accounts means, collectively, (a) the Credit Card Cash Collateral Account, (b) the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Collateral Account and (c) the Swap Obligations Cash Collateral Account.

  • From time to time after cash is deposited in the Cash Collateral Accounts, Administrative Agent may apply Cash Collateral then held in the Cash Collateral Accounts to the payment of any amounts, in such order as Administrative Agent may elect, as shall be due and payable by Borrowers to Administrative Agent or any Initial Revolver Lender with respect to the LC Outstandings that may be then outstanding.
