Cash Collateral Accounts definition

Cash Collateral Accounts shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 11.1 hereof.
Cash Collateral Accounts means, collectively, (a) the Credit Card Cash Collateral Account, (b) the XX Xxxx Collateral Account and (c) the Swap Obligations Cash Collateral Account.
Cash Collateral Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it Annex B.

Examples of Cash Collateral Accounts in a sentence

  • Interest Drawings under the Liquidity Facilities and withdrawals from the Cash Collateral Accounts, in each case, in respect of interest on the Certificates of any Class, will be distributed to the Trustee for such Class of Certificates, notwithstanding Sections 2.01(b) and 3.02.

More Definitions of Cash Collateral Accounts

Cash Collateral Accounts means the special cash collateral account containing cash deposited pursuant to Sections 2.13(g), 2.17, 2.20, 7.2(b), or 7.3(b) to be maintained at the Administrative Agent’s offices in accordance with Sections 2.20(b) and 7.4.
Cash Collateral Accounts means, collectively, the Cash Collateral Accounts listed in Section 1.1 of the Cash Collateral Agreement.

Cash Collateral Accounts means the special cash collateral account containing cash deposited pursuant to Sections 2.13(g), 2.17, 2.19, 7.2(b), or 7.3(b) to be maintained at the Administrative Agent’s offices in accordance with Sections 2.19(b) and 7.4.
Cash Collateral Accounts means any deposit account designated by the Borrower as a “Cash Collateral Account” by written notice to Administrative Agent, in each case maintained for the exclusive purpose of securing Debt in respect of letters of credit permitted under this Agreement.
