Examples of Cross-Collateralized Group in a sentence
The provisions of this paragraph shall be binding on all future holders of each Mortgage Loan that forms part of a Cross-Collateralized Group.
Any reserve or other cash collateral or letters of credit securing any of the Mortgage Loans in a Cross-Collateralized Group shall be allocated between the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the Mortgage Loan documents, or otherwise on a pro rata basis based upon their outstanding Stated Principal Balances.
All costs and expenses incurred by the Trustee and the Master Servicer with respect to any Cross-Collateralized Group pursuant to the second preceding paragraph and the second and third sentences of the preceding paragraph shall be included in the calculation of Purchase Price for the Affected Loan(s) to be repurchased or replaced.
