Cross-Collateralized Group definition

Cross-Collateralized Group. Any group of Mortgage Loans that are cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other; provided that a Mortgage Loan shall be part of a Cross-Collateralized Group only if and for so long as such Mortgage Loan is cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other Mortgage Loan in such Cross-Collateralized Group. There are no Cross-Collateralized Groups included as assets of the Trust as of the Closing Date.

Cross-Collateralized Group. Any group of Mortgage Loans that are cross-defaulted and cross-collateralized with each other.

Cross-Collateralized Group means any group of Cross-Collateralized Mortgage Loans; provided that no Loan Combination shall constitute a Cross-Collateralized Group.

Examples of Cross-Collateralized Group in a sentence

• Each Cross-Collateralized Group is identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

• In addition, if there exists with respect to any Cross-Collateralized Group only one original of any document referred to in the definition of "Mortgage File" in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and covering all the Mortgage Loans in such Cross-Collateralized Group, the inclusion of the original of such document in the Mortgage File for any of the Mortgage Loans constituting such Cross-Collateralized Group shall be deemed an inclusion of such original in the Mortgage File for each such Mortgage Loan.

• Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, it is hereby acknowledged that certain groups of Mortgage Loans are, in the case of each such particular group of Mortgage Loans (each, a "Cross-Collateralized Group"), by their terms, cross-defaulted and cross-collateralized, if identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

More Definitions of Cross-Collateralized Group

Cross-Collateralized Group. Any group of Mortgage Loans that are cross-defaulted and cross-collateralized with each other. For the avoidance of doubt, there are no Cross-Collateralized Groups related to this Trust as of the Closing Date.

Cross-Collateralized Group. Any group of Mortgage Loans that are cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other; provided that a Mortgage Loan shall be part of a Cross-Collateralized Group only if and for so long as such Mortgage Loan is cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other Mortgage Loan in such Cross-Collateralized Group. The only Cross-Collateralized Group included as assets of the Trust as of the Closing Date is the group of Mortgage Loans secured by the Mortgaged Properties identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as “Centennial Plaza” and “Jefferson County Plaza”.

Cross-Collateralized Group. Any group of Mortgage Loans that are cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other; provided that a Mortgage Loan shall be part of a Cross-Collateralized Group only if and for so long as such Mortgage Loan is cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other Mortgage Loan in such Cross-Collateralized Group. Xxxxx Xxxxx”; and (c) the group of Mortgage Loans secured by the Mortgaged Properties identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as “000 Xxxx Xxxxxx “” and “000 Xxxx 0xx Xxxxxx”.

Cross-Collateralized Group. Either a group of Mortgage Loans which are cross-defaulted or cross-collateralized with one another or an indebtedness evidenced by a single Note and secured by two or more Mortgaged Properties, which are identified as separate Mortgage Loans on the Mortgage Loan Schedule and treated as separate Mortgage Loans for purposes of this Agreement.

Cross-Collateralized Group. Any group of Mortgage Loans that are cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other. The only Cross-Collateralized Group included as assets of the Trust as of the Closing Date is the group of Mortgage Loans secured by the Mortgaged Properties identified on Annex A to the Prospectus Supplement as Orange Plaza Shopping Center, Front Gate Plaza, Gateway Fashion Center, Foothill Village Plaza and Pueblo Shopping Center; provided that a Mortgage Loan shall be part of a Cross-Collateralized Group only if and for so long as such Mortgage Loan is cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other Mortgage Loan in such Cross-Collateralized Group.

Cross-Collateralized Group. There is no Cross-Collateralized Group related to the Trust.

Cross-Collateralized Group means any group of Cross-Collateralized Mortgaged Loans. The Mortgage Loans secured by the following Mortgaged Properties are Cross-Collateralized Groups: (i) [_______________] and [_______________] and (ii) [_______________] and [_______________].
