Cross-Collateralized Group definition
Cross-Collateralized Group. Any group of Mortgage Loans that are cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other; provided that a Mortgage Loan shall be part of a Cross-Collateralized Group only if and for so long as such Mortgage Loan is cross-collateralized and cross-defaulted with each other Mortgage Loan in such Cross-Collateralized Group. There are no Cross-Collateralized Groups included as assets of the Trust as of the Closing Date.
Cross-Collateralized Group. Any group of Mortgage Loans that are cross-defaulted and cross-collateralized with each other.
Cross-Collateralized Group means any group of Cross-Collateralized Mortgage Loans; provided that no Loan Combination shall constitute a Cross-Collateralized Group.

The provisions of this paragraph shall be binding on all future holders of each Mortgage Loan that forms part of a Cross-Collateralized Group.
Any reserve or other cash collateral or letters of credit securing any of the Mortgage Loans in a Cross-Collateralized Group shall be allocated between the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the Mortgage Loan documents, or otherwise on a pro rata basis based upon their outstanding Stated Principal Balances.
All costs and expenses incurred by the Trustee and the Master Servicer with respect to any Cross-Collateralized Group pursuant to the second preceding paragraph and the second and third sentences of the preceding paragraph shall be included in the calculation of Purchase Price for the Affected Loan(s) to be repurchased or replaced.

Cross-Collateralized Group. Either a group of Mortgage Loans which are cross-defaulted or cross-collateralized with one another or an indebtedness evidenced by a single Note and secured by two or more Mortgaged Properties, which are identified as separate Mortgage Loans on the Mortgage Loan Schedule and treated as separate Mortgage Loans for purposes of this Agreement.
