Thereafter, the Lenders’ obligations to make or maintain affected SOFR Loans, utilization of the Term SOFR Reference Rate component (if affected) in determining Base Rate shall be suspended until Administrative Agent (upon instruction by Required Lenders) withdraws the notice.
