B-BBEE Verification Certificate definition

B-BBEE Verification Certificate means a B-BBEE rating certificate to be issued by a South African National Accreditation System accredited verification agency, a chartered accountant registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants or an auditor registered with the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors in terms of any applicable Sector Code, the B-BBEE Codes or the Amended B-BBEE Codes, as applicable;
B-BBEE Verification Certificate means a B-BBEE rating certificate or affidavit issued in terms of a Sector Code or the B-BBEE Codes, as applicable.
B-BBEE Verification Certificate means a B-BBEE rating certificate or affidavit showing the B-BBEE Contributor Status of a measured entity, issued in terms of a Sector Code or the B-BBEE Codes, as applicable.

  • Completion Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Engineer-In- Charge when the work/s has been completed to his satisfaction as per terms of the contract.
