Automotive Service Facilities definition

Automotive Service Facilities means a facility that is categorized in any one of the following Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes: 5013, 5014, 5541, 5511, 7532-7534, or 7536- 7539. For inspection purposes, Permittees need not inspect facilities with SIC codes 5013, 5014, 5541, 5511, provided that these facilities have no outside activities or materials that may be exposed to storm water.

  • This BMP is intended to assist owners and operators of Automotive Service Facilities to improve their environmental performance and minimize contaminants discharged to municipal sewers and any impact their operations have on the quantity and quality of wastewater.

  • Automotive Service Facilities - means a facility that is categorized in any one of the following SIC and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes.

  • In addition to the other requirements in this BMP for owners/operators of Automotive Service Facilities, Petroleum Facilities shall comply with the requirements of Sections 11.3.

  • All Automotive Service Facilities operating in the City of Toronto must have a business licence issued by the City’s Municipal Licensing and Standards Division.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Sensitive Services means those services that (i) require access to Customer/Consumer Information, (ii) relate to the State’s computer networks, information systems, databases or secure facilities under circumstances that would permit modifications to such systems, or (iii) involve unsupervised access to secure facilities (“Sensitive Services”).

  • Recreational Services means (unless otherwise defined in this document) services that consist of participation in:

  • Basic generation service or "BGS" means electric generation

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • Operational Services the operational services described as such in the Services Description;

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Child protective services means the identification, receipt and immediate response to complaints

  • Base Load Generation Resource means a Generation Capacity Resource that operates at least 90 percent of the hours that it is available to operate, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.
