For purposes of this paragraph, “Competitors” shall mean any Person which has (1) any of the following Standard Industrial Classification Codes (“SIC Codes”): 5084, 5085, and 5063, or (2) a pension or benefit plan maintained by a Person which has any of the foregoing SIC Codes.
