Authorized Documents definition

Authorized Documents means such documents, drawings, and specifications provided by Owner to Contractor pursuant to the ITB Agreement, which Contractor has modified and resubmitted to Owner as part of the FEED verification process performed by Contractor prior to the Effective Date.

Examples of Authorized Documents in a sentence

  • Some or all of the Authorized Documents will contain provisions stating that the performance of the parties thereunder are to be governed and interpreted by the law or laws therein stated (“ Governing Law”).

  • Every Document that is Executed shall be assigned an Execution Reference Number which shall be endorsed upon or affixed to the Document, save and except the Authorized Documents which are specifically identified in Column 3 of Schedule “1” as not requiring an Execution Reference Number, in which case an Execution Reference Number need not be assigned.

  • Again, no member expressed opposition when the amendments were moved.

  • In addition to the Signing Officers designated under subsection 1.01(u), this By-law authorizes the Designated Signing Authorities listed in Column 2 of Schedule “1” to Execute the Authorized Documents listed opposite in Column 1 of Schedule “1”.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Assigned Documents has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.12.

  • Bond Documents means the Bonds, the Indenture, the Loan Agreement, the Remarketing Agreement, the Remarketing Circular, and all amendments and supplements thereto.

  • Verification Documents means, with respect to any Note Owner, a certification from such Note Owner certifying that such Person is in fact, a Note Owner, as well as one additional piece of documentation reasonably satisfactory to the recipient, such as a trade confirmation, account statement, letter from a broker or dealer or other similar document. The foregoing definitions shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the defined terms. Unless otherwise inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, all accounting terms used herein shall be interpreted, and all accounting determinations hereunder shall be made, in accordance with GAAP. Amounts to be calculated hereunder shall be continuously recalculated at the time any information relevant to such calculation changes.

  • Pass Through Documents means each Pass Through Trust Agreement, the Note Purchase Agreement, each Escrow Agreement, each Deposit Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement and each Liquidity Facility.

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Related Documents mean and include without limitation all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Privileged Documents means any documents that are Attorney-Client Privilege Documents and/or Work Product Privilege Documents.

  • Underlying Documents means, together, the Contracts, the Refund Guarantees, the Supervision Agreements and the Management Agreements and “Underlying Document” means any of them.

  • Limited Documentation Program The guidelines under which the Seller generally originates Mortgage Loans principally on the basis of the Loan-to-Value Ratio of the related Mortgage Loan and the creditworthiness of the Mortgagor.

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • RfS Document means the bidding document issued by MSEDCL including all attachments, clarifications and amendments thereof.

  • Investment Documents means, with respect to any Core Portfolio Investment or any Senior Bank Loan Investment, any related loan agreement, security agreement, mortgage, assignment, all guarantees, note purchase agreement, intercreditor and/or subordination agreements, and UCC financing statements and continuation statements (including amendments or modifications thereof) executed by the Obligor thereof or by another Person on the Obligor’s behalf in respect of such Core Portfolio Investment or Senior Bank Loan Investment and any related promissory note, including, without limitation, general or limited guaranties and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, for each Core Portfolio Investment secured by real property by a mortgage document, an Assignment of Mortgage, and for all Core Portfolio Investments or Senior Bank Loan Investments with a promissory note, an assignment thereof (which may be by allonge), in blank, signed by an officer of the Borrower.
