Authorised Overrun Charge definition

Authorised Overrun Charge has the meaning given in clause 7.4(a)(i).
Authorised Overrun Charge means the charge paid by Shipper for Authorised Overrun Quantity which shall be calculated in accordance with Clause 6.2 (a) of this Agreement
