Authorised Overrun Quantity definition

Authorised Overrun Quantity has the meaning given to that term in clause 5.7;
Authorised Overrun Quantity for a CT and on a Day, shall mean the quantities above the CT Redelivery Point MDQ, agreed by the Transporter for transmission, at the request of the Shipper.
Authorised Overrun Quantity means the quantities above the Exit Point MDQ as mentioned in Annexure-1, agreed by the Transporter for transportation on a Gas Day, at the request of the Shipper.

Examples of Authorised Overrun Quantity in a sentence

  • No transfer of any rights in relation to Authorised Overrun Quantity is permitted.

  • If, in respect of any future Day, a Shipper believes that the quantity of Gas it will take at a Delivery Point may exceed the aggregate of its Reserved Capacity plus any Authorised Overrun Quantity existing at that time, that Shipper may request Vector in writing to approve an Authorised Overrun Quantity (or an additional Authorised Overrun Quantity) for such Day (the Request).

  • The User and CRP must agree the overrun quantity for MDQ and MHQ (such agreed Quantity is the “Authorised Overrun Quantity” in respect of each) and the Day or Days and/or Hour or Hours, on which the Authorised Overrun Quantity will be transported and/or delivered.

  • The Service Provider will advise the Authorised Overrun Quantity and the Day or Days for which the Overrun has been authorised.

  • Authorised Overrun Quantity means the amount of an Overrun Quantity that is attributable to an Authorised Overrun, which cannot be greater than 20% of Firm MDQ.Authorised Overrun Rate has the meaning given to it in the Details of this Access Arrangement.

  • The User and AGLGN must agree the overrun quantity for MDQ and MHQ (such agreed Quantity is the “Authorised Overrun Quantity” in respect of each) and the Day or Days and/or Hour or Hours, on which the Authorised Overrun Quantity will be transported and/or delivered.

  • If withdrawals by the User at a Delivery Point on a Day exceed the sum of the User’s Delivery Point MDQ and any Authorised Overrun Quantity for the Delivery Point for the Day, then an Unauthorised Overrun will have occurred and the excess will be an Unauthorised Overrun Quantity.


More Definitions of Authorised Overrun Quantity

Authorised Overrun Quantity means, with respect to an Exit Point, any quantity of Gas in MMBtu on any Day equal to the difference, if positive, between (i) the Scheduled Quantity and (ii) the MDQ applicable to that Point.

  • The schedule of quantity means the schedule of quantity as specified and forming part of this contract.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • The Advance Work Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Work Order on the bidder.

  • Original contract price means the award price of the contract; or, for requirements contracts, the price payable for the estimated total quantity; or, for indefinite-quantity contracts, the price payable for the specified minimum quantity. Original contract price does not include the price of any options, except those options exercised at the time of contract award.

  • The Advance Purchase Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Purchase Order on the bidder.

  • DED-OVAE means the DED office of vocational and adult education.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.
