August 2011 Escrow Issuers. The Bank of New York Mellon as indenture trustee, The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch as principal paying agent, The Bank of New York Mellon as collateral agent and Wilmington Trust (London) Limited as additional collateral agent (as amended, varied, novated, supplemented, superseded or extended from time to time, the “New Secured Notes Indenture”), the August 2011 Escrow Issuers have issued senior secured notes due 2019 in the aggregate principal amount of USD 1,500,000,000 (the “New Secured Notes”).
