Additional Collateral Agent definition
Additional Collateral Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in Article IX.
Additional Collateral Agent means (a) prior to the Discharge of the Initial Additional Obligations, the Initial Additional Authorized Representative and (b) from and after the Discharge of the Initial Additional Obligations, the Authorized Representative for the Series of Additional Obligations that constitutes the largest outstanding principal amount of any then-outstanding Series of Additional Obligations.
Additional Collateral Agent means an Additional First Lien Collateral Agent and/or an Additional Second Lien Collateral Agent, as the context may require.

All communications and notices hereunder to the Additional Collateral Agent shall be given to it at the address set forth under its signature hereto, which information supplements Section 10.01 of the Intercreditor Agreement.
