Additional Collateral Agent definition

Additional Collateral Agent means (a) prior to the Discharge of the Initial Additional First-Lien Obligations, [ ] and (b) from and after the Discharge of the Initial Additional First-Lien Obligations, the Authorized Representative for the Series of Additional First-Lien Obligations that constitutes the largest outstanding principal amount of any then outstanding Series of Additional First-Lien Obligations.

Additional Collateral Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in Article IX.

Additional Collateral Agent means an Additional First Lien Collateral Agent and/or an Additional Second Lien Collateral Agent, as the context may require.

• The Trustee, Original Collateral Agent and Additional Collateral Agent make no representations as to the validity or sufficiency of this Senior Secured Notes Supplemental Indenture.

• All communications and notices hereunder to the Additional Collateral Agent shall be given to it at the address set forth under its signature hereto, which information supplements Section 10.01 of the Intercreditor Agreement.

More Definitions of Additional Collateral Agent

Additional Collateral Agent means the Collateral Agent for the Series of Additional Obligations that constitutes the largest outstanding principal amount of any then outstanding Series of Additional Obligations.

Additional Collateral Agent means the collateral agent for the Additional Secured Parties, other than the Initial Additional Secured Parties and the Additional Credit Agreement Secured Parties, together with its successors in such capacity.

Additional Collateral Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.

Additional Collateral Agent means (a) in the case of the Initial Additional Obligations, the Initial Additional Collateral Agent and (b) in the case of any other Series of Additional Obligations that become subject to this Agreement after the date hereof, the Collateral Agent named for such Series in the applicable Joinder Agreement.
