L/C Issuers definition

L/C Issuers means, collectively, (i) Bank of America, (ii) ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank and (iii) JPMorgan Chase, in each case in its capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, or any successor issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder.
L/C Issuers means (i) Bank of America, (ii) any other Lender in its capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder who has been selected by GFI and who has agreed to be an L/C Issuer hereunder in accordance with the terms hereof and (iii) any successor issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder appointed in accordance with the terms hereof, and “L/C Issuer” means any one of them.
L/C Issuers means, collectively, the Domestic L/C Issuer and the Canadian L/C Issuer.

Examples of L/C Issuers in a sentence

  • The Borrower has requested that the Lenders and L/C Issuers provide credit facilities for the purposes set forth herein.

  • Each of the Lenders, each of the L/C Issuers and the Parent Borrower hereby approves distribution of Borrower Communications through the Approved Borrower Portal and understands and assumes the risks of such distribution.

More Definitions of L/C Issuers

L/C Issuers means, collectively, each U.S. L/C Issuer, each Euro L/C Issuer and each Supplemental L/C Issuer; and “L/C Issuer” means any one of the L/C Issuers.
L/C Issuers means, collectively, (i) Bank of America and (ii) W▇▇▇▇ Fargo, in each case in its capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, or any successor issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder; provided that for so long as any Existing Letter of Credit remains outstanding hereunder, the issuer of such Existing Letter of Credit shall continue to be the L/C Issuer with respect to such Existing Letter of Credit. Any L/C Issuer may, in its discretion, arrange for one or more Letters of Credit to be issued by Affiliates of such L/C Issuer, in which case the term “L/C Issuer” shall include any such Affiliate with respect to Letters of Credit issued by such Affiliate. Each reference herein to the “L/C Issuer” in connection with a Letter of Credit or other matter shall be deemed to be a reference to the relevant L/C Issuer with respect thereto.
L/C Issuers means (a) Bank of America and (b) PNC Bank, N.A. each in their respective in its capacities as an issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, or any successor issuers of Letters of Credit hereunder.
L/C Issuers means Bank of America, ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association and the Australian L/C Issuer, in their respective capacities as issuers of L/Cs hereunder, and any additional Lender approved by Administrative Agent and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ that has agreed to act as an “L/C Issuer”, or any successor issuer of L/Cs hereunder; and L/C Issuer means one of the L/C Issuers. L/C Subfacility means a subfacility under the Agreement for the issuance of L/Cs, as described in Section 2.3, under which the L/C Exposure may never exceed the L/C Sublimit.
L/C Issuers means (a) each Revolving Lender identified on Schedule 1.01 and (b) each Revolving Lender that shall have become an L/C Issuer hereunder as provided in Section 2.03(l) (other than any Person that shall have ceased to be an L/C Issuer as provided in Section 2.03(m)), each in its capacity as an issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder; provided that each L/C Issuer may perform its obligations hereunder through one or more of its Affiliates.
L/C Issuers means (a) Truist Bank in its capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, (b) solely in respect of any Existing Letter of Credit, the Person that is the issuer thereof, (c) any other Revolving Credit Lender approved by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower that agrees to perform the duties of an L/C Issuer hereunder, and (d) any successor issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, in each case, for so long as such Person shall have a Letter of Credit Commitment.
L/C Issuers means each of Bank of America and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo, in their capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder. Any L/C Issuer may, in its discretion, arrange for one or more Letters of Credit to be issued by Affiliates of such L/C Issuer, in which case the term “L/C Issuer” shall include any such Affiliate with respect to Letters of Credit issued by such Affiliate. Each reference herein to the “L/C Issuer” in connection with a Letter of Credit or other matter shall be deemed to be a reference to the relevant L/C Issuer with respect thereto.
