New Secured Notes Indenture definition

New Secured Notes Indenture means that certain indenture, dated as of the Effective Date (as the same may be amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof), which shall contain terms consistent with the New Secured Notes Term Sheet and shall otherwise be acceptable to the Debtors and the Requisite Consenting Creditors (subject to the parties’ rights and obligations under the RSA).
