ARTF definition

ARTF means the Mexican Agencia Reguladora del Transporte Ferroviario (the Regulatory Agency of Rail Transportation of Mexico).
ARTF means the Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund consisting of funds contributed by various donors and administered by the Association for the benefit of the Recipient.
