SOFRi means the SOFR for:
SOFRi means, in relation to any USGS Business Day “i” in the relevant Observation Period, SOFR in respect of such USGS Business Day; and
SOFRi means for any U.S. Government Securities Business Day "i" that is a SOFR Interest Reset Date, the SOFR in respect of this SOFR Interest Reset Date;
More Definitions of SOFRi
SOFRi means, for any U.S. Government Securities Business Day “i” in the relevant Observation Period, SOFR in respect of that day “i”;
SOFRi means the SOFR Reference Rate for the U.S. Government Securities Business Day “i” in the relevant Reference Period (and published on the following US Government Securities Business Day).
SOFRi means, in respect of each U.S. Government Securities Business Dayi, the SOFR in respect of such U.S. Government Securities Business Day; and
SOFRi means for any U.S. Government Securities Business Day “i” falling in the relevant Observation Period, the SOFR in respect of that U.S. Government Securities Business Day “i”.
SOFRi means, in relation to any Interest Accrual Period and any U.S. Government Securities Business Day “i”, SOFR in respect of that day “i"; and
SOFRi means, for any U.S. Government Securities Business Day “i” that is a SOFR Interest Reset Date, SOFR in respect of such SOFR Interest Reset Date; provided, however, that the SOFR with respect to each SOFR Interest Reset Date in the period from and including, the SOFR Rate Cut-Off Date to, but excluding, the corresponding interest payment date of an interest period, will be the SOFR with respect to the SOFR Rate Cut-Off Date for such interest period; and
SOFRi means, in respect of any U.S. Government Securities Business Day "i" falling in the relevant SOFR Observation Period, the SOFR Reference Rate for such U.S. Government Securities Business Day.
