Apron Area Cost Center definition

Apron Area Cost Center means the areas of the Airport that extends at least one hundred (100) feet from the airside of the Level 1 exterior face of the Terminal Complex and concourse / gate areas, or to the nearest vehicular driving lanes, that are used by vehicle traffic to navigate on the airside of the Airport (whichever is greater). Apron Area Cost Center shall also include all “Remain Over Night” (RON) aircraft parking areas, as shown in Exhibit A2, as it now exists or as they may hereafter be modified, changed, or developed, that are dedicated to the parking, servicing, and ground handling of aircraft at the Terminal Complex, as well as all uncovered ramp storage locations.

  • Prepaid Coverage: The amount of the prior years’ Debt Service Coverage Requirement, as defined herein, and allocated to the Apron Area Cost Center.

  • In establishing Apron Area Rental rates with respect to each Airport Fiscal Year, the state shall divide the total linear feet of the Apron Area, measured along a line located one hundred feet (100′) perpendicularly from the face of the Terminal Building, into the total Operating Expenses properly allocable to the Apron Area Cost Center for such Airport Fiscal Year, and the resulting value shall be multiplied by a factor of 1.10 to determine a cost per linear foot of Apron Area space.

  • Cost center means a cost category delineated by cost reporting forms prescribed by the office.

  • Common Area Operating Expenses are defined, for purposes of this Lease, as all costs incurred by Lessor relating to the ownership and operation of the Industrial Center, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Area C means areas of the West Bank outside Areas A and B, which, except for the issues that will be negotiated in the permanent status negotiations, will be gradually transferred to Palestinian jurisdiction in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Building Operating Expenses means the portion of "Operating Expenses," as that term is defined in Section 4.2.7 below, allocated to the tenants of the Building pursuant to the terms of Section 4.3.1 below.

  • Operating Cost means the costs associated with operating a multifamily development once the project is placed in service.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Project Expenses means usual and customary operating and financial costs. The term does not include extraordinary capital expenses, development fees and other non-operating expenses.

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Containment building means a hazardous waste management unit that is used to store or treat hazardous waste pursuant to the provisions of Subpart DD of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 724 and Subpart DD of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 725.

  • Area B means the populated areas delineated by a red line and shaded in yellow on attached map No. 1, and the built-up area of the hamlets listed in Appendix 6 to Annex I; and

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Assessment area means an area, or, if more than one area is designated, the

  • Tenant’s Share means the percentage set forth in Section 6 of the Summary.

  • Office Space means the offices of the Service Provider located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 (or any successor location or other existing office space of the Service Provider or any of its affiliates).

  • Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development excluding Developer Fee, operating deficit reserves, and total land cost as typically shown in the Development Cost line item on the development cost pro forma.

  • Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
