Approved UK Addendum definition

Approved UK Addendum means the template Addendum issued by the ICO and laid before Parliament in accordance with s119A of the Data Protection Act 2018 on 2 February 2022, as may be revised under Section 18 of the UK Addendum. Approved EU SCCs means the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission in Commission Decision 2021/914 dated 4 June 2021, for transfers of personal data to countries not otherwise recognized as offering an adequate level of protection for personal data by the European Commission (as amended and updated from time to time).
Approved UK Addendum means the template UK addendum issued by the Commissioner under section 119A(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018 and laid before Parliament on 2 February 2022 which incorporates and amends the Standard Contractual Clauses.
