Approved Medication definition

Approved Medication means those drugs or pharmaceuticals identified by the Department of Human Resource Management and/or included in the Jefferson Parish Substance Use Policy as amended from time to time, that do not have the potential to adversely affect the safe and efficient performance of the employees’ duties while working or reporting to work.
Approved Medication means any medication approved by state and federal authorities for the treatment of substance use disorder.
