Approved Investment Fund definition

Approved Investment Fund means one or more of the measurement investment funds designated by the Committee for purposes of crediting or debiting hypothetical investment gains and losses to the Accounts of Participants.
Approved Investment Fund means any entity or investment that is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange run by ASX Limited (not being derivatives, contracts for difference or futures), as may be determined by the Board with advice from its auditors as being a low risk investment;

  • Quoted Investment means any Investment which is quoted or listed or in respect of which permission to deal is effective on any Recognised Stock Exchange.

  • Nonpurpose Investment means any investment property, as defined in section 148(b) of the Code, in which Gross Proceeds of the Bonds are invested and which is not acquired to carry out the governmental purposes of the Bonds.

  • Investment Portfolio means invested assets (including cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, bonds or other fixed income securities and equity investments).
