Apollo Services definition

Apollo Services means the computerized Apollo Reservations and Ticketing Service (or any similar or substitute service offered by or on behalf of United), which performs flight, hotel, rental car and other travel related services, reservations and ticket issuance functions.

  • Contractor agrees that all instructions, procedures and manuals provided by United in connection with Contractor’s use of Apollo Services and Automation Equipment (“Automation Information”) are and will remain the property of United.

  • United will train Contractor’s instructors, as applicable, in the proper use of Apollo Services and Automation Equipment as described in the Customer Service/Reservations Handbook or any other related United guidelines.

  • United, at its expense, will also provide and arrange for Contractor’s SOC Communication with Apollo Services.

  • Contractor acknowledges that Apollo Services contains software, which is confidential and proprietary information of United or its affiliates (such as Galileo International) or any successor thereto.

Related to Apollo Services

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.
