Antenna Structure Rules definition

Antenna Structure Rules means Part 17 of the Rules and other Communications Laws governing antenna structures. These Rules encompass, among other things, the registration, painting, and monitoring of antenna structures.
Antenna Structure Rules means Section 303(q) of the Act; Sections 17.21(a), 17.23, and 17.57 of the Rules; and other provisions of the Act, the Rules, and Commission orders related to the lighting and registration of antenna structures.2
Antenna Structure Rules means collectively, Section 303(q) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 303(q), the Rules contained in Part 17, 47 C.F.R. § 17.1 et seq., governing the painting, lighting, and monitoring of antenna structures, and other related Communications Laws.

  • Emeraldbrooke further agrees not to purchase an antenna structure that is subject to the Antenna Structure Rules without first providing written notification to the Bureau at least one (1) month prior to such purchase so as to permit the Bureau and Emeraldbrooke to negotiate a Compliance Plan designed to ensure Emeraldbrooke’s future compliance with the Antenna Structure Rules.

  • The Town Manager shall appoint a Community Participation Officer to increase participation in local government by diverse residents as described in Section 3.3(c).

  • All such employees shall be trained pursuant to the Compliance Training Program within sixty (60) calendar days after the Effective Date, except that any person who is assigned to a position with duties related to Tama’s compliance with the Antenna Structure Rules any time after the Effective Date shall be trained within thirty (30) calendar days after the date such person’s responsibilities relating to the Antenna Structure Rules begin.

  • In addition to the general knowledge of the Communications Laws necessary to discharge his/her duties under this Consent Decree, the Compliance Officer shall have specific knowledge of the Antenna Structure Rules prior to assuming his/her duties.

Related to Antenna Structure Rules

  • Switching and Tagging Rules means the switching and tagging procedures of Interconnected Transmission Owners and Interconnection Customer as they may be amended from time to time.

  • Water control structure means a structure within, or adjacent to, a water, which intentionally or coincidentally alters the hydraulic capacity, the flood elevation resulting from the two-, 10-, or 100-year storm, flood hazard area limit, and/or floodway limit of the water. Examples of a water control structure may include a bridge, culvert, dam, embankment, ford (if above grade), retaining wall, and weir.

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • advertising structure means any screen, fence, wall or other physical structure or object erected to display an advertisement or which is in itself an advertisement or used to display an advertisement.

  • Accessory Structure (Appurtenant Structure means a structure located on the same parcel of property as the principal structure and the use of which is incidental to the use of the principal structure. Garages, carports and storage sheds are common urban accessory structures. Pole barns, hay sheds and the like qualify as accessory structures on farms, and may or may not be located on the same parcel as the farm dwelling or shop building.

  • Existing structure means any structure that is installed or approved for installation at the time a wireless services provider or wireless infrastructure provider provides notice to a locality or the Department of an agreement with the owner of the structure to co-locate equipment on that structure. "Existing structure" includes any structure that is currently supporting, designed to support, or capable of supporting the attachment of wireless facilities, including towers, buildings, utility poles, light poles, flag poles, signs, and water towers.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Accessory structure means a structure that is accessory and incidental to a dwelling located on the same lot.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Support Structure means an existing or new structure that supports or can support a mobile service facility, including a mobile service support structure, utility pole, water tower, building, or other structure.

  • NYSRC Reliability Rules means the rules applicable to the operation of the New York Transmission System. These rules are based on Reliability Standards adopted by NERC and NPCC, but also include more specific and more stringent rules to reflect the particular requirements of the New York Transmission System.

  • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the executive mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(l)(c)(ii) of the MFMA for implementing the municipality's delivery of municipal services and its annual budget, and which must indicate

  • Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure designed to support or capable of supporting small cell wireless facilities. Wireless support structure does not include a utility pole.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • SCAQMD means the South Coast Air Quality Management District, a part of the California Air Resources Board, which is responsible for the regulation of air quality in the State of California.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Interconnection Regulations means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 (as amended).

  • Operating Rules means the operating rules of a CS Facility regulating the settlement, clearing and registration of uncertificated shares as amended, varied or waived (whether in respect of the Company or generally) from time to time which shall only apply to the Company during the Listed Period;

  • Superstructure means the part of the bodywork which contributes to the strength of the vehicle in the event of a roll-over accident.

  • Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organizational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;

  • Biological safety cabinet means a containment unit suitable for the preparation of low to moderate risk agents where there is a need for protection of the product, personnel, and environment, according to National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) Standard 49.

  • Network Connection Standards means the Distributor’s written technical and safety standards for connection of an Electrical Installation to the Network that are issued by the Distributor and updated from time to time, and include:

  • Spectrum Compatibility means the capability of two (2) copper loop transmission system technologies to coexist in the same cable without service degradation and to operate satisfactorily in the presence of cross talk noise from each other. Spectrum compatibility is defined on a per twisted pair basis for specific well-defined transmission systems. For the purposes of issues regarding Spectrum Compatibility, service degradation means the failure to meet the Bit Error Ratio (BER) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) margin requirements defined for the specific transmission system for all Loop lengths, model Loops, or loss values within the requirements for the specific transmission system.

  • Kyoto Protocol means the protocol to the UNFCCC adopted at the Third Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Kyoto, Japan on 11 December 1997 as may be amended;

  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan means the Schedule containing plans and provisions for business continuity and disaster recovery.

  • Indicators of student progress and growth means the results of assessment(s) of students as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:8, Standards and Assessment.
