Amortization Basis Date definition

Amortization Basis Date means the first calendar day of the month following the end of the Billing Cycle in which the Advance occurs, provided, however, that if the Advance is made on the first day of a Billing Cycle, and such day is a Business Day, then the Amortization Basis Date shall be the date of the Advance.
Amortization Basis Date means, with respect to an Advance that Borrower elects to amortize, the date Borrower selects to begin amortizing such Advance as stated on Schedule 1 hereto, or, if not stated on Schedule 1, then such date as stated on the written funds requisition submitted by Borrower to CFC pursuant to the terms hereof.
