ALTA Surveys definition

ALTA Surveys means, collectively, the existing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys of the Xxxxxx Project and the Xxxxx Project made available to Buyer.
ALTA Surveys means, collectively, the existing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys of the Forney Project and the Lamar Project made available to Buyer.
ALTA Surveys shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.8.

  • A-E shall perform ALTA Surveys for acquisitions or sales of County owned properties ALTA Surveys shall be in accordance with the most current ALTA standards published by American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors and in strict adherence to Table A items.

  • Seller will furnish copies of all environmental reports, property condition reports, appraisals, title reports and ALTA Surveys (or surveys) that it currently has in its possession.

  • Assist in the review Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Records of Survey, as needed.

  • A survey of the Real Estate (the “Survey”) may be ordered by Buyer upon acceptance of this Contract or at any time thereafter at Buyer’s expense and (if ordered) shall comply with requirements for ALTA Surveys, including but not limited to whether the Real Estate is located in a designated flood zone area and shall be certified to Buyer and the Title Company.

  • Such Borrower shall also deliver to Agent such other documents, including, without limitation, ALTA Surveys of the real Property, as Agent and its counsel may reasonably request relating to the real Property subject to any such New Mortgage.

  • Co-Borrowers shall also deliver to Agent such other usual and customary documents, including, without limitation, ALTA Surveys of the real Property, environmental surveys and, if requested by Agent, local counsel opinions described in the Mortgages or any New Mortgage, as Agent and its counsel may reasonably request relating to the real Property subject to the Mortgages or the New Mortgages.

Related to ALTA Surveys

  • Land surveyor means the land surveyor appointed by the Seller, to act as such from time to time in respect of the Development or a member of a firm so appointed.

  • Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.

  • Surveys has the meaning set forth in Section 4(o) above.

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Title Commitment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Title Report has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).

  • Professional land surveyor means a professional land surveyor licensed under ch. 443.

  • Title Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Title Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 6.17.

  • ALTA means American Land Title Association, or any successor thereto.

  • Record of survey map means a map of a survey of land prepared in accordance with Section 10-9a-603, 17-23-17, 17-27a-603, or 57-8-13.

  • Title Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9.

  • Sanitary survey means an onsite review of the water source, facilities, equipment, operation and maintenance of a public water system for the purposes of evaluating the adequacy of such source, facilities, equipment, operation and maintenance for producing and distributing safe drinking water.

  • Environmental Reports means each and every “Phase I Environmental Site Assessment” (and, if applicable, “Phase II Environment Site Assessment”) as referred to in the ASTM Standards on Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Real Estate, E 1527-2000 and an asbestos survey, with respect to each Mortgaged Property, prepared by one or more Environmental Auditors and delivered to Lender and any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender.

  • Title Policy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Title Insurance An American Land Title Association (ALTA) mortgage loan title policy form 1970, or other form of Title Insurance Policy acceptable to FNMA or FHLMC, including all riders and endorsements thereto, insuring that the Security Instrument constitutes a valid first lien on the related Mortgaged Property subject only to permitted encumbrances.

  • Due Diligence Examination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Quantity Surveyor means the quantity surveyor appointed by the Seller for the purposes of the Development;

  • Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.

  • Title Company means First American Title Insurance Company.

  • Architect/Engineer or “A/E” means the Person identified in the Agreement responsible for providing professional design services and construction contract administration for the Project. The A/E shall be (1) a registered architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, (2) a landscape architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Landscape Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, or (3) a professional engineer or professional surveyor holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4733. As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • Project Architect means the professional architect or engineer employed by the Owner as architect or engineer of record for the Project and its consultants.

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1001, and/or a firm employed by Owner or Design-Build Contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Preliminary Title Report A report issued by a title insurance company in anticipation of issuing a Title Insurance policy which evidences existing liens and gives a preliminary opinion as to the absence of any encumbrance on title to a Mortgaged Property, except liens to be removed on or before purchase or refinance, as the case may be, by the Borrower and Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Environmental Report The environmental audit report or reports with respect to each Mortgaged Property delivered to the related Mortgage Loan Seller in connection with the origination or acquisition of the related Mortgage Loan.
