Existing Survey definition

Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.
Existing Survey shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Existing Survey has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.1.

Examples of Existing Survey in a sentence

  • Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the Seller has delivered the Existing Title Policy and the Existing Survey to the Purchaser.

  • Any modification, update or recertification of the Existing Survey shall be at Purchaser’s election and sole cost and expense.

  • Purchaser may, at its sole cost and expense, order a new or updated survey of the Property either before or after the Effective Date (such new or updated survey, together with the Existing Survey, is referred to herein as the "Survey").

More Definitions of Existing Survey

Existing Survey means a copy of the existing survey, if any, for each parcel of the Real Property that the Sellers have provided to the Buyer.
Existing Survey or “Existing Surveys” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.2.
