Allianz Policies definition

Allianz Policies means the following policies issued to OCD by Allianz Insurance Company or Allianz Underwriters, Inc.:
Allianz Policies and "Assigned Policies" have the respective meanings given to those terms under the heading "Security, Assignment and Set-Off" in these Terms and Conditions.
Allianz Policies and "Assigned Policies" have the respective meanings given to those terms under the heading "Security, Assignment and Set-Off" in these Terms and Conditions. "Application" means the schedule executed by the Borrower offering to borrow the Loan Amount from Hunter.

  • Without limiting the previous paragraphs, the Borrower irrevocably authorises and directs Hunter to apply by way of set-off all proceeds of the Policies, and any future policies of insurance, in each case provided by Allianz (Allianz Policies) including all sums payable (including refund of premium and claim monies) under the Allianz Policies to reduce or, if applicable, satisfy the Total Amount Payable.

Allianz Policies means each of the policies, processes and procedures used or applied by one or more Allianz Group Companies as identified in Schedule 10 or otherwise notified by Allianz to Supplier, and each update to those policies, processes and procedures notified to Supplier from time to time. Allianz Representative means the ALZ.0001.0017.3436 Allianz Personnel nominated to represent Allianz in connection with this agreement, as specified in Key Contract Details.

Related to Allianz Policies

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • D&O Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(c).

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Shared Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).

  • Risk Management Policy means the Risk Management Policy of the Borrower in effect on the date of this Agreement as amended from time to time.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.

  • Company Policies means the Company policies and procedures in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, policies and procedures with respect to the Company’s “Regulatory Credit Classifications” (as defined in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on March 7, 2016 (the “Form 10-K”)), and as amended from time to time, and any credit risk policies and procedures in effect from time to time.

  • Insurance Companies means the companies with whom the Insurance Policies are held.
