Agreed Hire Period definition

Agreed Hire Period means, subject to clause 2.1, the hire period specified on the front page of this Agreement.
Agreed Hire Period means the hire period for possession of the Equipment agreed, whether orally or in writing, between the Company and the Customer.
Agreed Hire Period means the period commencing on the Commencement Date of Hire and concluding on the Completion Date of Hire. ‘Agreement’ means these Standard Terms and Condition and the Hire Schedule.

  • If the Customer fails to Return the Equipment on the expiry of the Agreed Hire Period, the Customer is liable for additional fees at the full daily rental rates set out in the Order for each day until the Equipment is returned.

  • Owner agrees to hire the Equipment to Hirer for the Agreed Hire Period and Hirer accepts such hire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by the Company, cancellation of booked or reserved Equipment within 24 hours of thecommencement of the Agreed Hire Period will incur a cancellation charge up to a maximum of 100% of the Hiring Fee set out in the Order with respect to the applicable Equipment.

Related to Agreed Hire Period

  • Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Agreement Effective Period means, with respect to a Party, the period from the Agreement Effective Date to the Termination Date applicable to that Party.

  • Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • Exclusive Period means the period of time set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Hire Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Use Period means the period commencing on the date that the ABL Agent or an agent acting on its behalf (or an ABL Credit Party acting with the consent of the ABL Agent) commences the liquidation and sale of the ABL Priority Collateral in a manner as provided in Section 3.6 hereof (having theretofore furnished the Controlling Term Agent with an Enforcement Notice) and ending 180 days thereafter. If any stay or other order that prohibits any of the ABL Agent, the other ABL Secured Parties or any ABL Credit Party (with the consent of the ABL Agent) from commencing and continuing to Exercise Any Secured Creditor Remedies or from liquidating and selling the ABL Priority Collateral has been entered by a court of competent jurisdiction, such 180-day period shall be tolled during the pendency of any such stay or other order and the Use Period shall be so extended.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Effective Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2(a).

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).

  • License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.

  • Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.

  • Free period means any Period other than the Prohibited Period.

  • Retention Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02.

  • PAL effective period means the period beginning with the PAL effective date and ending 10 years later.

  • Employment Commencement Date means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service.

  • Planning Period means the 12 moths beginning June 1 and extending through May 31 of the following year, or such other period approved by the Members Committee.

  • Billing Period means (subject to Article 6.1 of the Agreement) the calendar month ending with the Metering Date. The first Billing Period shall commence from the Commercial Operation Date and end with the Metering Date corresponding to the month in which the Commercial Operation Date occurs.
