Aggregated and Deidentified Data definition

Aggregated and Deidentified Data means any of the following data that has been aggregated with the data of other customers of Matterport or that does not contain any information that can be used to identify You or any Authorized User: (a) any data that Matterport collects regarding the use of the Matterport Cloud and/or Services by any Authorized Users; and (b) any Customer Content or Derived Content generated in connection with the Services.
Aggregated and Deidentified Data means any of the following data that has been aggregated with the data of other customers of Sync Technologies or that does not contain any information that can be used to identify You or any Authorised User: (a) any data that Sync Technologies collects regarding the use of any Sync Technologies Services by any Authorised Users; and (b) any Customer Content or Derived Content generated in connection with the Services.

Examples of Aggregated and Deidentified Data in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section or elsewhere in this Agreement (including without limitation Section 5) shall operate to restrict or limit Sync Technologies’ rights with respect to Aggregated and Deidentified Data as provided in this Section 6.7.

  • You further represent and warrant throughout the term of this Agreement that You have all rights, consents and/or permissions necessary to grant Sync Technologies the licenses to use the Customer Content and Aggregated and Deidentified Data set forth in this Agreement, including under any and all copyrights, patents, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy, rights of publicity and other intellectual property rights and proprietary rights.

  • None of the obligations or restrictions set forth in this Section 5 shall apply to Sync Technologies’ use and disclosure of Aggregated and Deidentified Data pursuant to Section 6.7 or to Sync Technologies’ distribution to third parties or public display of Customer Content to the extent directed by You or any Authorised User via the Services or in writing.

  • To the extent legally permissible, after the end of the Subscription Period, Sync Technologies may purge all Customer Data relating to such terminated or expired Order in Sync Technologies’ possession; provided, however, that Sync Technologies will have no obligation to delete or destroy any Customer Content, Derived Content or other Aggregated and Deidentified Data, which Sync Technologies has the right to retain and use pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Deidentified data means data that:

  • District and high school graduation report means a report of the number of pupils, excluding adult education participants, in the district for the immediately preceding school year, adjusted for those pupils who have transferred into or out of the district or high school, who leave high school with a diploma or other credential of equal status.

  • Consumer report means any written, oral or other communication of any information by a consumer reporting agency bearing on your credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living which is used or expected to be used or collected in whole or in part for the purpose of serving as a factor in establishing your eligibility for employment purposes.

  • Data Subject means the identified or identifiable person to whom the Personal Data relates.

  • District and high school graduation rate means the annual completion and pupil dropout rate that is calculated by the center pursuant to nationally recognized standards.
