Derived Content definition

Derived Content means materials created by or on behalf of the Customer, incorporating the Licensed Materials in combination with other information and/or data.
Derived Content means a dataset which differs substantially from the Content which is created by the Customer by processing the Content and combining the Content with other data to support the functionality and Purpose of the Customer Implementation.
Derived Content means any content that is generated by the Services on Your behalf.

Examples of Derived Content in a sentence

  • You will own and retain all copyrights in and to all Customer Content (but not Derived Content); provided, however, that Customer Content shall not include any property of Sync Technologies described in Section 6.1.

  • You will have the ability to designate Customer and Derived Content hosted in the Services as “private,” “restricted,” or “public” and privately share such Customer Content in accordance with Matterport’s user documentation, which Matterport may update from time to time in its sole discretion.

  • You will own and retain all copyrights in and to all Customer Content (but not Derived Content); provided, however, that Customer Content shall not include any property of Matterport described in Section 6.1.

  • Sync Technologies will not rent or sell any Customer Content, Customer Data or Derived Content.

  • Sync Technologies will not incorporate Customer Content, Customer Data or Derived Content in Service Improvements in a form that could identify You or Your customers.

  • To the extent legally permissible, after the end of the Subscription Period Matterport may purge all Customer Data relating to such terminated or expired Order in Matterport’s possession; provided, however, that Matterport will have no obligation to delete or destroy any Customer Content, Derived Content or other Aggregated and Deidentified Data, which Matterport has the right to retain and use pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Bond Trustee may, but shall not be obliged to, at any time vary or transpose any such investments or assets or convert any moneys so deposited into any other currency, and will not be responsible for any resulting loss, whether by depreciation in value, change in exchange rates or otherwise.

  • Title to the Software and Derived Content and associated media shall remain vested in Role Mapper or its licensors.
