Aggregate Funded Amount definition

Aggregate Funded Amount means, collectively, the Aggregate Holder Funded Amount and the Aggregate Lender Funded Amount and, individually, shall mean the Aggregate Holder Funded Amount or the Aggregate Lender Funded Amount, as the case may be.
Aggregate Funded Amount means the aggregate amount of all Funded Amounts under all Schedules.
Aggregate Funded Amount with respect to any Leased Property means the aggregate amount funded by the Lessor with respect to such Leased Property pursuant to Section 2.2 of the Master Agreement, including the amount funded by the Lease Participant and by the Lenders for the Loans with respect to such Leased Property.
