Excess Funding Amount definition

Excess Funding Amount means the amount on deposit in the Excess Funding Account.
Excess Funding Amount. The Pre-Funded Amount remaining on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account at the end of the Funding Period.
Excess Funding Amount. With respect to any Funding Date, if the requested Funding Amount (a) would, under Section 2 hereof, cause the Outstanding Principal Amount of a Class of Certificates in this Series (other than the Class A-R Certificates) to equal the Maximum Series Amount for such Class but (b) would not be in an amount sufficient to also permit a Funding in the amount of the Minimum Funding Amount for the next Class of Certificates to be funded pursuant to Section 2 hereof, the amount by which the requested Funding Amount exceeds the Maximum Series Amount for the Class of Certificates referenced in clause (a) of this definition.

Examples of Excess Funding Amount in a sentence

  • Agent shall be authorized to use all payments received by Agent for the benefit of any Non-Funding Lender pursuant to this Agreement to pay in full the Aggregate Excess Funding Amount to the appropriate Secured Parties.

  • A Lender may cure its status as a Non-Funding Lender under clause (a) of the definition of Non-Funding Lender if such Lender fully pays to Agent, on behalf of the applicable Secured Parties, the Aggregate Excess Funding Amount, plus all interest due thereon.

  • Agent shall be authorized to use all portions of any payments received by Agent for the benefit of any Non-Funding Lender pursuant to this Agreement to pay in full the Aggregate Excess Funding Amount to the appropriate Secured Parties thereof.

  • Following such payment in full of the Aggregate Excess Funding Amount, Agent shall be entitled to hold such funds as cash collateral in a non-interest bearing account up to an amount equal to such Non-Funding Lender’s unfunded Revolving Loan Commitment and to use such amount to pay such Non-Funding Lender’s funding obligations hereunder until the Obligations are paid in full in cash, all Letter of Credit Obligations have been discharged or cash collateralized and all Commitments have been terminated.


More Definitions of Excess Funding Amount

Excess Funding Amount has the meaning specified in the Transfer and Servicing Agreement.
Excess Funding Amount means, for any date, the amount in the Excess Funding Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on such date.

Excess Funding Amount. As of any date of determination, the product of (a) the amount on deposit in the Excess Funding Account (excluding amounts relating to investment earnings) on such date, times (b) a fraction (i) the numerator of which is the Net Invested Amount as of such date and (ii) the denominator of which is the sum of the net invested amounts of each outstanding Nonoverconcentration Series (including Series 20[ ]-[ ]) being allocated a portion of the funds on deposit in the Excess Funding Account.
Excess Funding Amount means, as of any date of determination, the --------------------- principal amount on deposit in the Excess Funding Account.
