Unfunded Amount definition
Unfunded Amount means, at any time, the sum of (i) the aggregate Exposure Amount at such time plus (ii) the aggregate Unsettled Amount at such time.
Unfunded Amount means, with respect to any Collateral Loan, as of any date of determination, the unfunded commitment of the Borrower with respect to such Collateral Loan as of such date.
Unfunded Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of the Agency Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, upon the occurrence of the earlier of (i) any acceleration of the maturity of Advances pursuant to Section 13.2 or (ii) the end of the Revolving Period, the Borrower shall request an Advance in the amount of the Aggregate Unfunded Amount minus the amount already on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account.

Unfunded Amount means, with respect to any Revolving Obligation or Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation, the excess, if any, of (i) the Commitment Amount under such Revolving Obligation or Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation, as the case may be, at such time over (ii) the Funded Amount thereof at such time.
Unfunded Amount means, with respect to any Collateral Loan, as of any date of determination, the Dollar Equivalent of the unfunded commitment of the Borrower with respect to such Collateral Loan as of such date.
Unfunded Amount means, with respect to any Revolving Loan or Enterprise Loan, as of any date of determination, the unfunded notional commitment of the Borrower with respect to such Revolving Loan or Enterprise Loan, as applicable.
Unfunded Amount means, with respect to any Collateral Asset, as of any date of determination, the unfunded commitment of the Borrower with respect to such Collateral Asset as of such date that is not subject to any conditionality (other than (i) the representations and warranties being true and correct at the time of borrowing, (ii) no default or event of default existing immediately prior to or after the time of borrowing, (iii) pro forma compliance with a financial covenant at the time of borrowing and/or (iv) the delivery of a borrowing notice or the taking of other administrative steps (including having the borrowing occur prior to a certain date)).
Unfunded Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(b).
