Agency Administrative Fee definition

Agency Administrative Fee means a fee in an amount equal to 10 basis points (0.1 percent) of the amount of the unpaid principal of the Bond Issue, payable annually to the CDFI Fund by a Qualified Issuer;

You will specify in writing the method of payment you elect (See NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS Section below). If any shares sold to your customer under the terms of this Agreement are repurchased by the Fund or by us, or are tendered to a Fund for redemption or repurchase, within seven (7) business days after the date of the confirmation of the original purchase order, you will promptly refund to us the full agency fee paid or allowed to you on such shares. This Section shall not apply to the extent that you or your customer is qualified to buy, and is buying, shares at net asset value.

  • Agency Fee Letter means the Administrative Agent Fee Letter, dated as of the Closing Date, by and between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower (as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in writing between the Administrative Agent and the Borrower).

  • Administrative Charge means, with respect to any Lease, any payment (whether or not part of the fixed monthly payment) payable to the related Lessor representing a disposition fee, a late payment fee, an Extension Fee, an allocation to the related Lessee of insurance premiums, sales, personal property or excise taxes or any other similar charge.

  • Administrative fund means that Fund established by Section 6.1 and administered pursuant to Section 6.9.
